We have 20 R&D staff ready to handle your OEM projects. We can develop collated nails to fit your specifications. To ensure our nails to be consistently high quality, we make our own molds and even develop our plastic strip nail and paper strip nail collating machines.
Our Facilities
Our paper strip nails collators were imported from South Korea and we manufactured our own plastic strip nails collators. Most of our nail-making machines were imported from Taiwan ensure the precision of nails. There are different types of shanks available (smooth, ring and screw types); and the coating can be electric, mechanical or hot-dip galvanized to prevent rust. We also use vinyl to prevent rust.
More than 1,500 Tons of Nails Every Month
Our monthly production capacity is 1,500 tons of iron nails, 80 tons of stainless steel nails and 100 tons hardened steel nails.
